Thermopest came out to do a bed bug heat treatment, I was told it would get rid of the problem in one visit. However a few days after the treatment we noticed live bed bugs. I called Gavin and he was able to send back another set of technicians to complete a second treatment. Since then we have been bed bug free, I will give 5 star since dealing with Gavin helped the process to go well.

They came out quickly and identified the problem for an active bed bug infestation at my mother’s house. They acted in a polite and considerate matter.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt I had to for ThermoPest because of how stressful our situation was. We started noticing bites a few weeks ago in our London flat and after some late night Googling I realised it was most likely bed bugs. At first, I tried sprays and washing everything, but nothing worked. It was honestly overwhelming – especially with kids in the house so I reached out to ThermoPest for help.

The technicians turned up on time, were polite, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They carefully moved furniture, set up their heaters, and kept me informed throughout the process.

The difference has been night and day. After the treatment, we’ve had zero bites and could finally sleep again without worrying. I really liked that it was a chemical free method too safe for kids and pets, which was a big deal for us.
