Who we work with
ThermoPest works with housing associations, registered providers and council housing teams that need a dependable pest control partner across their homes. We are bed bug heat treatment specialists, and we also treat cockroaches, fleas, moths, carpet beetles and stored product insects.
Pests in social housing rarely stay in one home. Bed bugs and cockroaches move through shared walls, risers and service gaps, and some residents need extra support to prepare. We plan each job around the building and the people in it, and send a written report with photos after every visit, so your team has a clear record without extra admin.
Pests we treat
These are the pests housing teams report to us most often. Each job is planned around the home, the block and the resident.
Heat-led treatment, with targeted spray where needed, plus checks of neighbouring flats so the problem isn’t simply moved next door.
Treatment programmes with follow-up visits, and proofing of the gaps around pipes and service routes that cockroaches use to spread.
Targeted treatment of the affected rooms, with clear preparation advice for residents and a follow-up visit where it is needed.
Clothes and carpet moth treatment for carpets, wardrobes and soft furnishings, with practical advice to cut the risk of a return.
We find where the larvae are feeding, then treat carpets, edges and fabrics, with advice to help stop the beetles coming back.
Treatment for insects in kitchen cupboards and food stores, with advice on clearing infested food and keeping stores clean.

Our technicians inspect, photograph what they find and send a written report you can share with the tenant and keep on file.
