Our Bed Bug Detectors are strategically placed near high-risk areas, such as skirting boards and under headboards, to monitor bed bug activity. These detectors help you confirm the presence of bed bugs early, enabling timely intervention. While these devices are effective at identifying infestations, professional treatment is recommended to fully eradicate the problem once detected – please contact our team once you have identified an infestation.

The Bed Bug Linear Traps offer an additional layer of protection by attracting bed bugs into an adhesive surface that traps them in place. These non-toxic, easy-to-use traps mimic a natural hiding spot for bed bugs and are highly effective in both homes and hotel rooms. Whether used as a preventive measure or to detect small populations, these traps are essential for maintaining a bed bug-free environment.

Important

Place bed bug detectors along the skirting boards and behind headboards, while linear traps should be positioned around the bed frame as shown in the images below.

Bed Bug Detector

Should be placed in areas where a bed bug infestation is expected, such as on the floor next to skirting boards and under the bed’s headboard. This placement allows for effective and discreet identification of the presence of bed bugs.

Once an infestation has been identified using bed bug monitors, the extent of the infestation should be treated with our professional bed bug treatment service. If no bed bugs are caught in the monitor following the recommended placement duration, this does not guarantee that the room is free from bed bugs.

Additionally, to the untrained eye and without knowledge of insect morphology, bed bug nymphs can sometimes be misinterpreted as other insects, such as booklice. If there is doubt in confirming the presence of bed bugs, please contact our team and we will be able to identify from photos.

The bed bug trap is intended as one of the ‘tools’ available to assist the professional user in implementing control measures according to the recommended best practice guidelines to control bed bugs. The trap has a two-year storage shelf life and is recommended to be replaced every four weeks when in service.

These traps are easy to use and do not contain dangerous toxic products! The secret of our effectiveness: our traps stick the insect by the back, with an effective adhesive. These detector traps are easily installed in less than 2 minutes, around the bed.

The trap effectively detects the presence of bed bugs.

Instructions for use (can also be found on the packaging):

FOR OPTIMAL EFFICIENCY

Place double-sided tape on the back of the trap (unprinted plastic part) to secure the trap in the most suitable location.
Remove the protection from the adhesive surface
Place the trap between the headboard and the mattress
The trap should be placed with the printed surface (Domobios text) so that
the insect enters and is stuck by the back. So if the trap is placed on the ground, the sticky cardboard part should be at the top. On the other hand, if the trap is placed under the bed, the sticky cardboard part must be at the bottom. Thus the insects are always glued by their back.
Discard the traps when they are full of insects.

Bedbugs that crawl into the cells of the trap are permanently captured by glue spread on the ceiling of the trap. This trap detects bedbugs as soon as the invasion begins.

OUR INNOVATION:
Our trap is narrow and very flat, like the crevices and cracks in which bedbugs like to shelter.

In this trap, the glue is spread not on the ground but under the sloping roof of the trap. This prevents bed bugs from detecting the glue with their feet as they crawl into the trap.

As the bugs enter the small cells of the trap, they get stuck by their back without realizing it.
When they are stuck, they do not stress because they feel safe. Instead, they call other bed bugs with chemical messages, called aggregative pheromones, which are specific and attractive scents.

The more bugs captured in the trap, the more aggregative pheromones and chemical messages will be sent and the more attractive the trap will become.

You will be able to detect the presence of the insects easily because the trap is translucent: the glued bugs are visible through the plastic floor, by lifting the trap.
